Your system is heavily customized, which will make debugging this difficult. First, make sure you rebooted after updating Fedora. If that doesn't fix the issue, please create a new user account on the system, log into it, don't customize anything, and see if the issue affects any of the 1st-party widgets. Thanks!

I reinstalled Fedora, bug isn't there.
