Example of Japanese vertical typesetting.

SUMMARY
With regards to Japanese vertical typesetting, the Highlighter Tool treats the text as horizontal.
The behavior is also reproduced with the Text Selection Tool.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Tool orders the characters horizontally and not vertically.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Tool should recognize that the text orientation is vertical.
