SUMMARY

Transparency keyframes in Dynamic Text don't work 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add clip and dynamic text effect
2. add two keyframes to transpatrency
3. playback the result

OBSERVED RESULT

Random state of transparency (Sometimes is good one and sometimes is bad one)
