SUMMARY
Kdenlive not starting after updating (snap) to ver 25.04.2. Been using the software for over a year. No problem. Til now. (Tried resetting config, tried reinstalling, same result.)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Starting Kdenlive
2. Splash screen appears
3. Kdenlive crashes

OBSERVED RESULT
Crash

EXPECTED RESULT
Program starting

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux (Ubuntu 20.04.6)

Confirming. I had this crash too. I'm on latest KDE Neon with all packages updated.

Found the problem, apparently mlt needs qt 6.9 and snaps are still on 6.8.3. I am working on the 6.9 update, but it is not ready. I have reverted kdenlive back to 25.04.1 until I get our content pack updated.

(25-06-12) Snap seems to have rolled back to 25.04.1. Everything works again.

25.04.2 fixed and in stable

   Worked for a while. But same thing now, after update. Crashes at every
