SUMMARY
After upgrading KDE connect on phone to v1.33.4 and Desktop to V 23.08.5, the app no longer communicated with the desktop. I am able to ping to and from phone by desktop but unable to pair. Necessary ports are open for comms but nothing works after upgrades.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ping from phone to desktop and desktop to phone
2. KDE Connect settings on desktop no longer show phone as an available device. Same result on phone
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
No longer able to connect even with Desktop IP hard coded in phone app
