Showcase of the bug in slow motion.

SUMMARY
When opening 'Display Configuration', the content will quickly resize. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on the desktop.
2. Select 'Display Configuration'.

OBSERVED RESULT
The content of the window quickly resizes. On a dual monitor setup there's also a black bar when launched from the primary monitor.

EXPECTED RESULT
No resizing or black bar upon opening 'Display Configuration' from the desktop.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora Linux 42
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.14.0 
Qt Version: 6.9.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- It's much more noticeable with a single monitor.
- With a dual monitor setup a black bar to the right is added when launched from the primary monitor.
