STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to a non-English locale
2. Go to systemsettings -> Wallpaper
3. Look at the title

OBSERVED RESULT
It is always "Wallpaper" (tried in many locales, so it doesn't seem a missing translation issue)

EXPECTED RESULT
"Wallpaper" is shown in my locale

Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.15.0
Qt Version: 6.9.0

It appears to be missing domain strings. I found another affected label as well; will fix.
