SUMMARY
Dolphin stopped remembering the previous folders that were open since KDE 6.4 beta 1

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Open a folder other than /home/<username>
3. Close Dolphin
4. Open Dolphin
5. Dolphin has returned to the users home dir

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin is always opening in the home dir

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin should open with "Folders, Tabs, and window state from last time" as per the option in the "Interface" > "Folders & Tabs" page in the Dolphin config

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.4 beta 1 and beta 2
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.91
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.14.0
Qt Version: 6.8.3

Hi - based on the version entered there, it looks like you're still using an older version of Dolphin, but a newer version of Frameworks. This issue is fixed in Dolphin versions 25.04.1 and later. Thanks!

Thanks, now I've looked closer at the "Kubuntu Beta Builds" PPA and Dolphin isn't included.
