STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a folder named "B"
2. Create a folder named "A"
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
In the UI the order of folders corresponds to time of their creation

The same issue is for the notes itself. If there won't be options for this in settings, I think, it should be a default behaviour - alphabetical order for everything. But folders should be presented  first, i.e. if in a folder there are folders and notes - folders should be alphabetically ordered first, and notes in alphabetical order too, but after folders.

Possibly it has sense to have a header in view where user can choose between ascending and descending orders.
