SUMMARY Screen Glitch at bottom of screen with xournalpp, vlc and firefox in tablet mode STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. enable fractional scaling 2. use tablet mode with 2in1 laptops 3. open firefox or xournalpp or vlc and wait for ~5 minutes OBSERVED RESULT There is a constant flicker at the bottom of the screen. This is not observed when using integer scaling. Firefox also shows weird behaviour with the input bar's flickering causing the window to adjust in size. Moreover, the popup windows on the navigation bars causes the navigation bars to resize, resulting in an unusable desktop. EXPECTED RESULT There should not be a flicker.
