VLC window bar after full screen

After exiting full screen from application like vlc and Gwenview, the Minimize Restore and Close buttons move partially outside the area of the window bar. Onlyt happens with Oxygen selected as a theme.

I can confirm this, but in my case it happens whenever I change the settings of the window decorations as well. It seems like any actions which cause the title bar to be repainted, apart from maximising and de-maximising, cause this to happen.
