SUMMARY
Setting date/time in system settings asks for the password twice

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings, date and time
2. Change date/time
3. Apply

OBSERVED RESULT
Password is asked twice

EXPECTED RESULT
Password is asked once
