Description Jan Bidler 2025-05-28 15:47:08 UTC
SUMMARY
When having invalid background image settings (e.g a too big image) the configuration window is not clear that those are invalid with the background color being chosen as a fallback instead.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open configuration settings for the fifteen widget
2. Click on the "image" radio button
3. Have an empty path, a really big image, a path to a non-image file or something else that's not a valid image.
4. Apply the settings

OBSERVED RESULT
The fifteen widget will use the background color, with no indication that it is doing that. Reopening the configuration window will still show that it is seemingly using the background image.

EXPECTED RESULT
Either an error not allowing you to apply the invalid config, or a warning explaining that the background image is invalid and that it will use the background color as the fallback.
