SUMMARY
Animation seems glitchy for a second when you take windows back on your screen

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to settings
2. Go to animations
3. Select eye on desktop to peek at desktop

OBSERVED RESULT
Glitchy effect

Correct effect
