SUMMARY
After the update to plasma 6.4 beta plasmashell and kactivitymanager started using too much CPU

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Unfortunately can't tell, I just updated my existing install to the new 6.4 beta

OBSERVED RESULT
100% CPU usage on plasmanshell and kactivitymanagerd process

EXPECTED RESULT
Normal CPU usage for both
