SUMMARY

Trying adding CardDAV (DAV Groupware resource) immediately closes the window without error

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Merkuro Calendar
2. Settings -> Configure Merkuro Calendar -> Accounts -> Add Account 
3. select DAV Groupware resource

OBSERVED RESULT

Window for DAV Groupware resource opens but immediately closes; in terminal only `qrc:/qt/qml/org/kde/akonadi/AgentConfigurationForm.qml:113:9: QML ScrollablePage: Created graphical object was not placed in the graphics scene.` is showed without any other error.

EXPECTED RESULT

can properly configure DAV Groupware resource.
