SUMMARY
Spectacle crashes after updating libplacebo 7.349.0-7 ---> 7.351.0-1

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install spectacle from pacman
2. update libplacebo to the last version 7.351.0-1

OBSERVED RESULT
spectacle: error while loading shared libraries: libplacebo.so.349: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
