The text is cut after 100 characters

SUMMARY
Caption text in "properties" tab is a little too short (just 100 characters).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Show a picture in digiKam with description in "Caption" tag with more than 100 characters
2. Open Properties tab
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The description is cut to 100 characters

EXPECTED RESULT
See the full text or at least 1000 characters. 100 is really too short

There's the Captions tab, which contains a scrollable edit that can display virtually unlimited characters, and you can read the full caption. We can't allow 1,000 characters in the Properties tab.
