I understand why this dialog exists, to prevent unwanted access to my device. But it gets annoying when I want to remotely control my laptop and the dialog shows up, now I'm on the other side of the city and I can't access my laptop. A solution would be to allow the dialog to not show for some apps like KDE Connect. KDE Connect should be excluded by default.
This certainly would prevent using the thing you want to use, without physical access to the remote device. Being able to have an allow list would be a potential workaround, or maybe having an "always allow" checkbox after the initial dialog when you first set up a connection. I'll leave the implementation to the developers, but the idea is worth considering.
In Plasma 6.4, you'll get asked once for permission when you first activate KRDP, and never again, so the situation described here can't happen anymore. Are there any other cases where it appears?
