These include broken or "torn" icons and text labels that remain stuck on the screen. The issue occurs both with fast and slow resizing, but is most commonly seen when decreasing the icon size. --- **STEPS TO REPRODUCE** 1. Open Dolphin. 2. Use the mouse to resize the window via its edge or corner. 3. Observe the icons and labels during and after resizing. --- **OBSERVED RESULT** - Icons become visually torn or misaligned. - Text labels remain "stuck" or ghosted on the screen. - Redraw issues persist until something triggers a full repaint (e.g., minimizing and restoring the window). --- **EXPECTED RESULT** Smooth resizing with proper redraw of all UI elements. --- **SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS** **Linux/KDE Plasma:** Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20250515 KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.80 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.15.0 Qt Version: 6.9.0 Kernel Version: 6.14.6-1-default (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland **Hardware:** Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 5500 Memory: 16 GiB (15.5 GiB usable) Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB Driver: proprietary NVIDIA driver (G06, version 570.144)

I can reproduce this on my Fedora KDE 42 device using Dolphin built from git master, and can't reproduce on 6.3.5. Thanks!

My info is below if it's helpful - re-reading my note, though, I realize it was confusing because I mixed up versions. I meant to say that I can't reproduce on Dolphin 25.04.1!
