That's odd. Do you see it with any other menus in Dolphin or any other apps?
No. The menu seen in the screen recording is the only one affected.
I don't see this on git-master Dolphin using Breeze or Breeze Dark or a custom color theme with Breeze Dark Do you also see this with the default Breeze theme (and Breeze everything like window decorations)? If you see it with default themes, colors and windows I'm wondering if the display settings are contributing. In this case, what are the settings for this display? Thanks

These options are new on Plasma 6.4 beta: - Limit color resolution to: Automatic (10 bits per color) - Brightness "Control hardware brightness with DDC/CI - checked Plasma 6.3.x was affected by this bug too.
