SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Display Settings 
2. Check the available refresh rates

OBSERVED RESULT
Options like 164.96Hz or 59.95Hz are available

EXPECTED RESULT
Options are full integers like 165 or 60

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 42
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.14
Qt Version: 6.9.0

Is there a problem, though? :) Some refresh rates are just odd, and a change for Plasma 6.4 is that we support them now.

Can you paste the output of `kscreen-doctor -o`?
