KTorrent's settings menu

SUMMARY
The menubar's settings menu has two checkbox entries, but they have an entry that opens a submenu between them. It'd be nice if the two checkbox entries were instead next to each other.

This change has already been made in KDE Partition Manager with https://invent.kde.org/system/partitionmanager/-/commit/ef7b4081aee82965f2dba6778373153d3e64c541
