STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch kmymoney using an existing file 
2. Try to click any of the "Favorite Reports", no response
3. No "Reports" option in the side ribbon

OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to create or access reports

EXPECTED RESULT
usable reports

Worked fine until upgrade to Kubuntu 25.04

Same .kmy file has functional reports in a windows vm.

This has been reported a few times already and always was caused by a missing package dependency.  Please consult with downstream (Kubuntu in this case) packagers. It has nothing to do with your data file.
