Google chrome starts very slow, with startup time around.
Vscode shows up as a sometimes empty, sometimes normal screen but not interactable.

This is affected on chromium-based apps on the latest version of kde plasma both with ozone-platform wayland or x11, but not for other compositors like hyprland.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update kde to the latest version
2. Open your google chrome or vscode
3. Observe
