ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Seems a bit strange I can't see any reports on this. Seems off to exist as a bug at all.

Hi - this appears to have been an upstream bug in Qt 6.9 - discussion, and an identified workaround, can be found on the KDE Discuss forum at: https://discuss.kde.org/t/some-of-my-kde-apps-arent-working-properly/32522/12
