SUMMARY

In the file selection dialog provided by kdialog, when the view is minimized, quickly moving the mouse over the file list causes the highlighted entry to exhibit an odd twitching behavior. This phenomenon also exists in the file selection dialog launched through the xdg-portal.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE


1. Launch the file selection dialog using the command `kdialog --getopenfilename`.
2. Select the folder view.
3. Reduce the view to its minimum size.
4. Quickly move the mouse over adjacent folders/files.
5. It can be observed that the currently highlighted folder/file twitches.


OBSERVED RESULT

The selected entries odd twitch (especially the icon part). (See the attachment)

EXPECTED RESULT

The selected entries does not twitch.
