STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open "Device Auto-mount" KCM

OBSERVED RESULT
"Automatically mount removable media that have never been mounted before" option on bottom is grayed out

EXPECTED RESULT
configurable "Automatically mount removable media that have never been mounted before" option

You have to turn on one of the auto-mount options using the checkboxes in the view. Otherwise auto-mount isn't actually in use, and the disabled checkbox isn't applicable, which is why it's disabled.
