SUMMARY

Package updates wont go through due to conflicts after updating to Noble

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to Noble after a long time
2. Click update all in discover
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

Package failed to install:

Error while installing package: trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libAppStreamQt.so.3', which is also in package libappstreamqt-3

EXPECTED RESULT

Update finished lol

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: 
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: kde neon 6.3
KDE Plasma Version: KDE neon 6.3.5
KDE Frameworks Version: KDE neon 6.14.0

This is a distro packaging issue; moving to Neon.

what happens if you run 
`sudo apt update && sudo apt install neon-settings-2 && sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade`
from the cli in konsole ??
