white on white :-/

I use the current mx linux version

Distributor ID: Debian
Description: Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)
Release: 12
Codename: bookworm

Use the Dark mode / Theme
with dolphin the background and the font are now displayed in white. You can only see the elements when you move the mouse over them.
It is not yet possible to set dolphin to dark in the settings.
It is therefore not possible to use this cool tool :-/

(sorry for my bad english)

Hi - can you please confirm what version of Dolphin you're using, and from what source? Thanks!
Comment 2 bad-enemy 2025-05-15 04:45:07 UTC
Sure...
its Dolphin Version 22.12.3
KDE Frameworks Ver.5.103.0
Qt Version 5.15.8
Xcb

Source is MX-Paketinstaller (from MX-Linux)

Thanks - I'm afraid Dolphin 22.12.3 is unfortunately no longer eligible for support or maintenance from KDE.

KDE projects typically move quickly, and bugs in one version are often fixed in the next one. Please update to Dolphin 25.04.1 as soon as your distribution offers it to you, or use other application distribution methods such as Flathub. If you need support for Dolphin 22.12.3, please contact your distribution, who bears the responsibility of providing support for older software in their "long-term support" releases.

If this issue is still reproducible in Dolphin 25.04.1, feel free to re-open this bug report.

Thanks for understanding!
