okular typewriter visual bug

SUMMARY
Some annotation tools (like typewriter, stamps) show a preview rectangle with a white outline that's impossible to see if you're trying to draw on a "white paper". 

If you draw reduce it's height while drawing, it leaves some weird lines over the area too,
After you click the outline is red which suggest something is wrong, that's also not optimal.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select the typewriter or stamp
2. drag over a white background


EXPECTED RESULT
It should use Plasma Blue or the accent color
