SUMMARY
When I attempt to scroll the sidebar in systemsettings with the scrollwheel on my mouse the program crashes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings
2. Hover mouse over sidebar
3. Scroll with the mouse

OBSERVED RESULT
systemsettings crashes.

EXPECTED RESULT
The sidebar should scroll.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Dragging the scrollbar does not crash the program.
