SUMMARY
The magnifier stops following the mouse as soon as it leaves the toolbar if anything except the crop tool is selected. This happens both when "Show magnifier" is set to "always" and "hold shift".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set "Show Magnifier" to "Always" inside Spectacle settings
2. Take a region screenshot and select another tool that is not the rectangle select (crop) tool.
3. Move the mouse away from the toolbar.

OBSERVED RESULT
The magnification window gets left behind, doesn't follow the mouse and obscures part of the screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
The magnification window should either still follow the cursor, or disappear when the crop tool is not selected.

Should be fixed in the upcoming Plasma 6.4.
