Testing file to observe visual corruption

SUMMARY
A line of pink pixels form along a spot in the display where there are blackish or greyish colours (I used the colour #0b1416) for the purposes of testing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be in a high refresh rate (above 144hz, I use 240hz) on Wayland
2. Create a pure wall of colour using a photo editor such as Krita or Gimp around the same hue as I have mentioned above (#0b1416), the image I have created for this purpose has been attached.
3. Observe a line of pink pixels forming

OBSERVED RESULT
A line of pink pixels will form on the screen. See attached imagery.

EXPECTED RESULT
No lines of pink pixels to be forming

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Using Arch Linux without the testing repositories enabled, my system is fully up to date as of writing this.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This bug does not seemingly occur on the X11 version of KDE Plasma and I have been unsuccessful recreating it there (image attached to show this). This bug occurs when my display settings of my monitor (an AOC 27G2ZNE) has no colour profile set or if I use the built in option with the lines forming more often the higher the sRGB colour intensity is, the bug also seems to be more intense when the prefer colour accuracy option is used too.

I also believe this bug becomes worse with the visual corruption targeting more colours the longer you have a PC turned on, or the longer you go without changing display settings although this will require further testing.

I have also been unsuccessful in recreating the bug on my 75hz HP 27f. It also does not occur if I change my monitor to 720p however I am unable to change the refresh rate to 240 when on 720p.

Is this still happening for you? If so, what GPU are you using? This is definitely a driver (possibly hardware?) issue, KWin's behavior doesn't change depending on the refresh rate.
