SUMMARY
Clicking "Save" after updating a color scheme doesn't change Plasma's color, the user has to select and apply another color scheme and then re-select the changed color scheme

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System settings -> Colors & Themes -> Colors -> Edit Color Scheme (edit any desired custom color scheme)
2. Change one or more than one color in there and click on "Save"
3. Plasma's color won't update, the user needs to select and apply another color scheme and then re-select the updated color scheme to change Plasma's color

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma's color didn't update

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma's color immediately gets updated after clicking "Save"
