SUMMARY
When an image has a really long/multi-line alt-text, it overflows.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Get to a post that includes media with multiple lines of alt-text
2. Open it in full-screen
3. Scroll down in the drawer

OBSERVED RESULT
 The text is in a tall bottom drawer, when you scroll the text will scroll, but the drawer won't become taller

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Always keep it under 3 lines and add a Read more... that opens it in a No Footer dialog

BTW I'm hoping this to kirigami add-ons because it's technically their job to fix it!
