SUMMARY

No keyboard shortcuts can make the application launcher open in KDE 6.1.5. I tried many.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Application launcher
2. Assign shortcut
3. Use shortcut, but nothing happens

NOTE: Alt+F1 continues to work.

OBSERVED RESULT

Menu not opened

EXPECTED RESULT

Menu opened

Windows: 
macOS:

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 25.04
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0

This is fixed in Plasma 6.3 and later.
