SUMMARY
Have two Android devices, AndroidTV 9 and (phone) Android 15. Each time i reboot the AndroidTV need to pair de device with Android (phone).  

With AndroidTV and KDE Neon there's no issues with reboots, AndroidTV keeps paired after reboots.

With v1.32 there's no issues with pairing AndroidTV<->Android (phone)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Connect on AndroidTV device
2. Pair with Android phone 
3. Reboot AndroidTV

OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT


SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
AndroidTV: 9
Android (phone): 15
KDE Connect: 1.33.4

UPDATE: Looks like this behavior only happens over WiFi, connecting ethernet cable to AndroidTV solve the issue
