Description Jonathan Gilbert 2025-05-05 18:54:37 UTC
SUMMARY
If you place two Edge Crop effects into the same stack, the resulting output video is scaled incorrectly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a video to a KDEnlive project and place it onto the timeline.
2. Add two Edge Crop effects to the clip's effect stack.
3. Alter the parameters of the top effect.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Edge Crop removes the requested pixels, but then the clip is scaled incorrectly, distorting the aspect ratio.

EXPECTED RESULT
The result of two Edge Crop effects should be the same as the result of a single Edge Crop filter with the parameters equal to the sum of the two.
