Description Leon 2025-05-05 13:49:30 UTC
SUMMARY
Continious pops, closing options

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. when things happen in the directory, ot would pop-up some sort of preview screen

OBSERVED RESULT
1. If there are many files in directory, these pop-up will continue for some time.
2. This pop-up will also overlay current open screens, and interrupt your work,eg, when you are typing something.
3. There does not seem to be any setting to switch this off. as one does not know what it is doing and for what purpose. It does lo to be some sort of previewer of documents

EXPECTED RESULT
1. There should be no random pop-up appearing unless you perform an action that requires a pop-up

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 42
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.4

I have tried several different ways to replicate the prescribed condition ,but the pop-ups no longer appear since the last update a few days ago. I am marking it as resolved for now.
