It would be cool to have ability to enter date range somewhere in Person tag properties (basically years of life with both dates as optional). Face recognition feature can use this information to skip that person if photo was captured outside of this range

This can speedup face assignment by not proposing proposing passed away or not yet born persons for photos with known date.

Ideally it'll be also cool to have a way to tell Digikam to 'ignore' certain photos or date range of Person for training of recognition engine. This may be useful for "newborn" vs "old photos of 3 years old son" case.
