SUMMARY
`kinfo` has no standard arguments like "--help" and "--version"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run "kinfo --help"

OBSERVED RESULT
Prints Plasma version.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should print general infomation about `kinfo`, including how to file bugs in `kinfo` and to which KDE component it belongs. Similarly "kinfo --version" should print version of `kinfo` rather than version of Plasma.
