This image show the error

Dolphin but also PCManFm-Qt, both linked by the use of the Qt library, show an incorrect date when accessing a directory.

This bug is not apparent at first glance but when using Dolphin or any application that has the Qt library as its underlying library it becomes visible by looking at the information relating to the last access. When Dolphin is activated and the Information side panel opens, look at the Last Open dates. Today's current date in American format is 2025-05-04 but in the attached image the date shown is 2040-02-06! This problem is also present in PCManFm-Qt and the key to everything lies in the QFileInfo class.

To reproduce this bug, just open Dolphin and look at the information in the Information bar. You can also just open any directory that does not have this error in the time representation and go up to the higher level that it appears.

These are the specifications of the platform where the bug was found.

Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.14.4-300.fc42.x86_64 (64 bit)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.13.0
Qt Version: 6.9.0

I am attaching two images that show the problem. Please note the dates!

Hi - I can't reproduce this on my Fedora KDE 42 device. For the folder you're showing in that screenshot, what access time is reported by the ls -lu command?
