Can you attach a screenshot of what you mean? I don't understand what you mean with "Trump indicator on the right screen side"
Apologies i was confused and checked a different game ^_^ Those markers are part of the theme so they change with the theme, not with the card deck. The easiest way to fix it would just be to provide a "German" theme which would use he correct indicators. Do you have some inkscape/SVG drawing skills? Maybe you could try to do one, we don't have [m]any artists left working on kdegames.
