SUMMARY
I transfer files to my windows VMs via nfs, and I need to unmount nfs before I suspend the VM to prevent program hangs (unreachable nfs).

I’d like an unmount button in “Disks & Devices” menu (the one where you unmount your usb drives". I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who wants this.

Thanks!

Quoting johnandmegh from original KDE Discuss thread:

For what it’s worth, as I understand it the Disks & Devices widget currently represents physical storage media that are attached to your device. I don’t know if adding mounted network locations there is feasible, but if so I imagine it would require careful UX design to make it clear what’s represented and to still make it quick and easy to accomplish the “Safely Remove Hardware” use case

Disk & Devices widget already shows network shares, including the cifs I wrote in fstab.

Not sure what does that mean by "require careful UX design to make it clear what’s represented"?
I feel that adding mount / unmount button for user network shares ("user" option in fstab) is a good idea, especially when the nfs is mounted by current user.
