Open systemsettings,
search for power using ctrl-F
click on power management
open advanced power settings

Now press Ctrl-F for the search box again
The cursor blinks inside the box, text is stil selected
but keyboard input does not reach the input-field (search-box)

Only after clicking inside the box, keyboard input is active again
