Showing the panel where I've bound the hotkey

SUMMARY
I've bound my clipboard manager to the hotkey CONTROL+< which is next to the key Z on my Swedish keyboard layout.
Doing so however causes many other CONTROL+Key shortcuts to stop working. One notable is CONTROL+Z being the general undo button. I have not tested this on a different keyboard layout but am using the Swedish one.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Bind CONTROL+< to open the clipboard manager
2. Try to use CONTROL+Z in Kate or any other application
3. Nothing happens

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 24.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.12
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0
Qt Version: 5.15.13

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I had problems binding this key in the past on an older version of KDE but then after updating and running 24.04 of kubuntu it started working. Now after updating it is having some unintended side effects, breaking other hotkeys.

I wasn't sure where to file this bug as I'm not that knowledgeable of the KDE platform and this being a settings hotkey bug that could be related to other parts. Apologies if I chose the wrong Plasma component section.

Best Regards
