SUMMARY
Text very unclear in programs not running in maximize mode.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kubuntu 25.04
2. open a program like system settings and see the text unclear if not running in maximized mode
3. maximize window and text becomes crisp and clear.

Just found out that Kubuntu was installed with display scaled to 105% and reducing to 100% solved the problem. I still think it is a bug though, installing and setting the default to 105% scaling.

Yeah, 105% scale is pretty much the worst-case scenario for blurriness here.

However the fact that the text becomes clear when the window is maximized is unexpected. Moving to KWin.

We may also want to update the scale factor logic to not give people 105% scale by default. It's going to look barely bigger than 100%, but with more blurriness.
