kmymoney-master-4295-linux-gcc-x86_64.AppImage (and 4297)

1. Add a new transaction to a ledger
2. Select "New Transaction" again

OBSERVED RESULT
Application crashes

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
100% repeatable
The column order in the ledger is also different from AppImage 4275 (Payment, Cleared, Deposit vs Cleared, Deposit, Payment)
