STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Upgrade to 25.04.0
2.  Run it

OBSERVED RESULT
Missing runcommand plugin after upgrade to 25.04.0 and maybe some more plugins

EXPECTED RESULT
Plugin runcommand should be available and working

I found a way get to the plugins - when I right click on the tray icon and chose Configure. But anyway non of the commands I've got preset does not work. I even tried the examples, but nothing happens when I try it from my phone.
